30-day returns & exchanges

We want you to love your pullover. If it doesn't fit or isn't right for you, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
Start your request through our contact page with your order number. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address.
Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Tell us when you contact us and we'll ship the new item as soon as your return is on its way.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or PayPal may take a few extra days to post it.

Return shipping

If the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong, we cover everything — just send us a photo and we'll make it right. For size or preference returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
